She found us a great foreclosed property, made sure we were the first ones in the door, and advised me through a multiple offer situation so that I came out of it with the winning bid while still keeping the price low! She recommended a great mortgage lender, closing attorney, home inspector and insurance professional, which was very helpful since we had not been through this process before. My wife and I are so lucky to have had Josie working with us to buy our first home. We knew the neighborhood in which we wanted to live, and Josie helped us begin looking as soon as we were ready. She handled a multiple offer experience better than we could have ever imagined, and got us the home with everything we wanted! Everyone she referred to us (mortgage, inspector, contractor, etc.) was great, and this saved us as first-time buyers from having to shop around for different services.
